This is the BI of the Executive Chef of Octant Ponta Delgada.

Born in Aveiro, he is passionate about seafood. He believes that the appreciation of the past is essential for the growth and evolution of a gastronomic concept. The nature of their motivation is based on what identifies us as beings in a community: roots, traditions, flavors and history.

The TEAMS. The focus is on merit, respect, hierarchy, freedom with responsibility. He believes in the continuous training of everyone who works at the restaurant, from the kitchen, the room service to the sommelier.
The CLIENT. Knowing that someone enjoyed the experience provided with your dishes is the highlight of your work. At the end of the day, you are sure that you contributed to the well-being and construction of affective memories of those who pass by your tables.
The PRODUCT. Through the right and knowledgeable producers and suppliers of the region we obtain local products of unparalleled quality.
